Vintage Porcelain crying face Teddy Bear,musical 14" jointed arms plush 60's 70'

The teddy bear is about 14” tall. His legs are jointed/can move while arms and head are stationary.
CONDITION:
Fair to good in used, vintage condition. Brown plush in decent shape. Pads have some wear and pilling but no holes.
At the neck of the bear has a ribbon Under the ribbon plush is worn and looks like someone has repaired the material.
Face is made of porcelain, small wear
