I am selling a Shakespeare stainless steel ratchet mount, part number 4187. Versatile four-way ratchet design for deck or side mounting. Quick-action handle makes operation easy. Standard 1"-14 thread. 9/32" hole for cable feed-through. The (4) bolt holes measure 5/16" diameter and are spaced 3" x 1 1/2" center to center. It is new, in the original packaging however it does have a few rips in the package. See photos. Comes as shown with parts shown only.
