    2 vintage 1972 OHIO DAV Mini License Plate keychain Disabled American Vet
    This program of making these keychains ran from the 1940's through the1970's by the Disabled American Veterans.
    They would send you a keychain fob with your license plate info and ask for donation. In exchange, they offered the service of mailing your keys back to you if ever were found.
    If you found a keychain with one of these fobs, you were to put it in the mail and it would be sent to The Disabled American Veterans and they would send to the owner.
