    1973 Kentucky License Plate Tag #942-199 --Woodford County--   New-Old-Stock
    This is an unissued new-old-stock 1973 Kentucky car plate from Woodford County. The plate has slight edge rust on the r/h upper corner some more minor shelf-wear & handling scuffs/paint loss. It also has a slight bend/twist. Still very nice and displayable !
