    This porcelain plate has touch-up. Only the second year plates were produced in the state. REDUCED by 100.00. So its up there NOW with a very special price on it so now is your chance!
    To ensure that I am more accurate in shipping costs, I prefer you wait for an invoice. Also, if you are the winning bidder of multiple items, waiting for an invoice from me ensures that I can adjust the combined shipping (if any) and save you even more.
